• B-GRADE / C-GRADE
More obvious imperfections noticeable upon close inspection. Better overall quality than Seconds.
B-Grade > C-Grade.
• SECONDS
Multiple imperfections. May include missing enamel fill, minor wrong color fills or other major imperfections which makes the item unable to be sold at full price.
* Enamel pins are hand-filled and polished manually which makes small imperfections very common.

I entered a wrong address, what should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes to your order information as long as your package is still with us.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are shipped within 5-14 working days after the order is placed.
If you are based in the Philippines, your order will arrive within 5 days after the package is sent out.
International deliveries can take 10-60 days depending on your country and shipping delays or suspension due to the pandemic.
During sudden suspension of shipping to your country, we will automatically hold your order until suspension is lifted.
Are there express shipping options or insurance?
Currently, insurance is not available for PHLPost economy packages.
Contact us for package insurance or express shipping via EMS, FedEx or DHL.
My package got lost, what should I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for lost packages. If there is any problem with the tracking status, please contact your local postal service for further information.
Please understand that what happens after orders are transferred to the postal service are beyond our control. We are unable to contact your country's postal service for you.
